The CPSIA (Consumer Protection Safety Improvement Act) officially goes into affect on Feb. 10, 2010. 

Ragamuffins is currently in the process of getting it's products tested that fall under the required testing components of the Consumer Protection Safety improvement act. We are taking all necessary measures  to be in compliance with the new law. We want our customers to purchase Ragamuffins products with confidence knowing that we are doing all we can to keep them and their loved ones safe. As soon as we get our certificate of saftey it will be available to our customers upon request.
