Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you
are not satisfied you have up to 14 days after recieving it to return your
item for a store credit. The shipping to and from is the customers responsibility. We understand that everybody is sized differently so if you need a different size we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size! We will not refund return shipping costs, but we will ship yourexchanged product out to you Free! In order to get a store credit or exchange the item MUST be in the condition you recieved it in when we get it back. To try and avoid a return make sure to measure your babies head and follow our measurement guidelines before ordering a head scarf. We give store credits or exchanges ONLY, no refunds.
If a item is "lost" in the mail and we cannot provide you with tracking info it is our responsibility to ship you out a new order of the same product initally bought. If however, we do have a tracking number that states the item was delivered to your address than it is NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY. We did our part shipping you the item and having proof of delivery to your address. What happens after it reaches your mailbox, po box, or doorstep is out of our hands. We |
